Darrell Denny
Chief Executive Officer

Darrell has a 36-year background in trade shows, conferences, digital products and publishing.  He spent three decades working at the Executive Vice President level at leading event companies Miller Freeman, Penton Media, (now part of Informa), and Emerald Expositions. 


During that time his portfolio of responsibility included 16 trade shows among the Trade Show Executive Gold 100 list of largest trade shows in the United States. His experience spans event strategy, sales, marketing and operations with significant involvement in launching, running and acquiring events, digital properties and collateral assets predominantly based in North America but with responsibility for businesses in South America, Japan and Europe.


Darrell has served on the Board of Directors of the Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO) and the Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR).  He also has served on boards and/or partnered with numerous professional associations in the markets for which he has been responsible.


Michael J. Skerly
Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Michael has a 26-year background in B2B print publishing, digital publishing, internet enhanced business models and tradeshow and conferences. He has a proven track record of launching and building successful B2B online media businesses and internet businesses. He possesses a pragmatic technology background derived from a pure passion for communications. Understanding audiences and their relationship to information from print, broadcast and online media drove him deep into Internet technologies.


His experience includes Co-Founding a proprietary fully automated publishing system that curated aggregated content using social signal analysis that builds websites and eNewsletters. He Founded a BETA version of a personally controlled, multi-use aggregator of different information resources. He helped launch a social networking product focused on B2B trade shows connecting attendees to attendees while scheduling relevant meetings with exhibitors. He Co-Founded a digital publishing company where he oversaw the launch of 40 websites, 11 eNewsletters and was instrumental in raising a $14 million series B financing from PRIMEDIA, Inc. He launched an international tradeshow and conference at the LA Convention center and launched-re-launched 4 print publications focused on the content creation industry.
